Tahlicia is a passionate and experienced Auslan–English interpreter and trainer with over a decade in community interpreting and five years in educational interpreting. She is currently a Diploma of Interpreting trainer and is actively involved in supporting the professional development of interpreters across Australia. As an ASLITA-trained mentor, Tahlicia has a deep commitment to structured and peer-to-peer mentoring, believing in the power of connection, reflection, and community to sustain interpreter wellbeing.

Her areas of interest include interpreter education, wellbeing in practice, reflective practice, and supporting interpreters working in Deaf education. Tahlicia enjoys facilitating conversations that help interpreters gain clarity, confidence, and growth in their work. Outside of interpreting, she loves coastal walks, an avid reader, and all things stationery.
