Join us for a relaxed Paint & Sip designed especially for the Perth interpreting community. This is a chance to slow down, get creative and reconnect with yourself and others in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.

Interpreting is often described as a “high-demand, low-control” profession. We take on the language, tone and energy of multiple people every day, constantly moving between different settings and expectations. Over time, that mental and emotional load can build up.

This class is about giving some of that energy back to yourself.

No painting experience is needed. This isn’t about being “good” at art — it’s about having fun, trying something new and switching off from work mode for a few hours.

You will:

• Get creative with no pressure

• Reflect on wellbeing in a practical way

• Connect with other interpreters in an easy-going environment

Delicious food and drinks are included, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available.

Hosted by AIMS with Brittany Manifis, this session blends creativity, community and some well-deserved downtime.
